When final bills are sent out and do not reflect deposit customers are over paying once I get a check to apply there deposit to the account. I'm then having to have another check printed for the credit thats now on there utility account.

I'd like to upload specific employee docs to the portal for them to view alongside earning statements, accruals, etc. When uploading a file to an employee's profile, there could be a checkbox to "Make Visible on Payroll Portal" to bring it over.

In this day and age, I would expect that all parts of the employee facing payroll portal would be fully responsive and usable on mobile, adhering to standard UI/UX best practices.
