Portal Timecard Approvals

The current timecard portal is disastrous in reviewing and approving timecards. While it is easy to push the button, it is not very eye friendly on really assessing timecards as a supervisor. A much better system needs to be built for this review as it is virtually impossible to really collectively see what someone is working and claiming in accruals.
