Remove Character Limits on notes

Removing character limits will help when adding a note to an account. If there is a long note that needs to be entered to an account, having to make multiple notes, i.e., part 1, part 2, part 3 can be confusing when entering because you have to start backwards from the end of the note in order for it to save correctly when you save and close it.
