UB2 Transfer specific amount

We have a customer that quite often donates part of his credit on his account to a needy customer that is struggling to pay. For audit purposes it would be very nice to be able to put in a certain amount of a transfer. We are having to do 2 manual bills now and write tons of notes to cover what we are doing because it looks sketchy.
