Add consumption to column chooser in the billing section

When scrolling through bills, looking at the total of the current bill, it would be nice to also see the consumption for each account to determine if the charges make sense. For example, if a customer is on the disconnect charge (their meter is turned off), they should have 0 usage - so if it were to show usage of 1000 that would indicate that the customer most likely turned the meter back on themselves and we need to adjust their bill accordingly.
