Additional Totals only Reports

It would be helpful if there was an option to print only the totals of the Bill Activity and the Trial Balance Reports. (like Receipt activity) Sometimes I do not need the details of all 500+ accounts. I realize I can print the last page for the totals but then the report does not include the header that is only found on the first page. Subsequently, there is no way to know what the last page of the report is.
