Meter Read Comments

It would be helpful to be able to see read comments in the consumption tab of the account inquire screen as this is one of the most utilized screens. Notes like "water leak" etc.. would be much more visible. Column chooser does not currently give this as an option. Right now to see a past read comment you have to open the inquire screen under the property.
