ALLOW WA EMPLOYERS THE ABILITY TO WITHHOLD IDAHO INCOME TAX

I was originally told I could withhold Idaho Income Tax but after processing my first payroll, found that I could not. Vision stated that I must manually calculate. Manually calculating is too much of a liability. As a bordering state to Idaho, Washington employers should be able to withhold Idaho Income tax for their employees.
