Admin Override for Submitting and Approving

I would the ability to manually submit timesheets on behalf of an employee. If an employee has not submitted their timesheet by the due day and they're absent on that day, I don't have a way of pushing their timesheet through to import. I would have to manually import all their timesheet information. The approvals could be marked or noted as done by an admin instead of the user for audit/clarity's sake.
