Scheduler

Looking for a scheduling program to allow easier access for the staff to see the schedule and so they don't have to manually input hours worked. Would like to see an app to have easier access on a phone. Allow the employees to see changes made to the schedule right away. When the employee needs to modify the hours worked it will go through a approval process before it is actually paid out on the timecard.
