Assembly Tester - Enable ability to add more test kits (up to 3)

Right now Vision will only allow for one test kit. Many testers have more than one. Right now, if the kit they use doesn't match Vision, I have to go into assembly tester and change that information to whatever kit they use on the test report so the completed test is documented properly.
