Combine Account Charges and Account Consumption into 1 report

Currently 2 separate reports have to be run to find out account charges and account consumption. Need to have a report that will run with account number, consumption and charges (not just water charges but all charges) for month and year. If there was an option for name and address and a place to add your own group, such as revenue class. We need this report for rate studies and reporting to dept of health.
