Add alerts to Account Inquire

We place alerts on accounts and properties for various reasons. One is for accounts that have been sent to collections and can no longer be paid directly to us. Various people in the office know how to take payments, but they don't all know to check for this. I have alerts set to "Maintenance", which I think is the most frequent display option. Please add alerts to Account Inquire.
