Additional Report View Option: Data/Table vs Formatted

Currently, data report downloads into Excel and CSV are not useful in their current format. We take time to unformat the Excel data reports we download before we can use or analyze the data, which seems inefficient. CSV reports are better but still require what seems to be unnecessary formatting. Examples of UB2 reports that we do preliminary work to include Age Analysis, Account Directory, Account Consumption. Examples of how we analyze or use the data include creating filters, sorting, and calculations. These functions cannot work with how Excel reports are formatted. CSV files are better because there is no formatting, but the column headings don't transfer to CSV and extra columns download into the report that aren't on the UB2 report screen, so it takes time to cross-check the UB2 report screen against the CSV file to confirm which column headings belong to which columns and which columns are extraneous and can be deleted.
It would be so helpful if the data could download in a database format without any Merge & Centers, column sizes that don't fit the data or extra columns that aren't shown in the original report.

This would be a long, ongoing project. Can you provide specific reports that would be best to begin with if we are able to start this? Thank you,

Please!!!!! It takes all of us hours and hours consistently to translate your data for all of your reports into a usable format, some are so difficult to translate we can't use your data and have to have a double system in excel to recreate the information from the reports we can translate. Its bad.
