Your ideas really do matter
True Aging - The aging is one of the most important reports for businesses. UB2 & Classic do not have a true aging, and this is because credits (adjustments) do not apply to charges. Payments do apply, but credits do not. At present, the only way to apply a credit, is through cash management. Without applying these credits, the account will never go inactive, and will show on the aging as a separate credit, which throws off the over 30 day, 60 days etc. Even if the account is zero, that credit does not apply until manually done in Cash Management. Cities use the aging for applying for funding, among other things. In other software that I have used, before you do the billing run, there is a place to ask the system to apply open credits. Need this.
