Your ideas really do matter
I just found out that there is now a character count for the bill's message of 165. This seems arbitrary and short. This is a great space to communicate with our customer important information. In the past our messages have been up 317 characters, with plenty of space left.
There is currently a limit to the number of characters for outsourcing that was limiting the space. This is now fixed to limit only if the outsourcing option is turned on. This was released in UB2 version 01.00.17.02 (can be located in the bottom left corner of the home page).
