Add an option for batch receipting in Cash Management

We have a vendor that sends in 1 check for over 90 separate accounts in UB2. It would be nice if there was a way to do multiple/batch receipting into cash management instead of one at a time.

    We use the scanner for those accounts. its wonderful because we can make sure it balances to the check. You do need the stubs to be sent in with the check though for it to work.
