Alphabetize Data Lists

I've noticed that the lists for various forms of data (employees, deduction & benefit components, etc) seem to be ordered based on some hidden metadata tag or something. They are not alphabetized at all. It makes it very tedious when trying to update amounts for various employee benefits that change annually. At the very least, we should be able to sort employees by the last name, first name convention!
