Ability in Payroll to separate out hours, wages, employer, and employee distributions for Retirement reporting

When employees have hours worked in two different months which need to be reported to PERS separately. There needs to be a way to post past months hours and compensation, employee/employers portions, and current months hours, compensation, employee/employers portions. Also two different rate options for when Department of Retirement changes rates and they also fall over multiple pay periods.

This would be applicable to DRS LEOFF reporting as well. LEOFF hours and compensation are also reportable on an accrual basis for when the hours and compensation were earned and not when paid.

Not only for DRS but for reporting requirements for PFML/LTC, Employment Security.

I currently have worksheets that I plug #’s into in order to back out hours not reported to get an accurate # of hours to report.
