Improved Functionality for Adding Default BARS Codes

Currently, adding default BARS codes for a vendor does not support the same quick typing conveniences as other fields. It requires you to type "-" each time and does not have an option to skip a 000 block. It doesn't support copy/paste. Once input, the lines can't be reordered; for example, one vendor of ours has 22 BARS codes but I missed one, so now I have to delete and re-add them so that they can be in the correct order.
