Your ideas really do matter
UB2 limits how many characters we can put in the notes and service order sections. It would be nice if it could go back to how Classic was and not have a limit. In classic when we entered notes there wasn't a character limit, so if there was an issue with an account or customer we could add that information in the notes section under 1 note instead of having to make multiple notes for the same instance. Having to make multiple notes gets confusing and information gets missed, therefore customers can be given wrong information.
This would be very helpful.
Any idea on the timeline for this planned update?
I agree this would be very helpful to prevent information getting lost and not passed onto the customer. Creating multiple messages for the same issue is not helpful or efficient. Thank you for listening and please consider changing it back to the way it was in Classic.
