Global Apply Open Credit - When doing utility billing in either classic or 2, we should have an option to apply all open credits.

All accounting department of every business use the aging to judge the health of accounts receivable. Your credits do not apply, and therefore your aging is unusable. Need an option before doing billing to apply all open credits. Without applying the credits, they stay outstanding, never go inactive and show on reports forever, and ever. Applying open credits one account at a time as you find them is absolutely ridiculous and extremely time consuming.
