Your ideas really do matter
In Contacts it shows all contacts the option to be able to select Active or Inactive does not work as there is no place to actually inactivate the account. Therefore the contact page becomes useless as it is not an accurate representation of current customers.
This will be in an update that will be pushed out to all customers. The update is being put together now and will be sent asap
This great, but there is now no easy way to audit this. Any ideas on how to identify inactive contacts? For example, something that would show all contacts attached to an account or bill profile or all contacts that are NOT attached (which would be preferable)
?
When will this be useable? Do we need to receive an update for the software?
Thank you,
Flora

You can now change the status.
This has been added sent to development and will be included in the next UB2 update.

This user is correct. Though the Contact Center can be sorted by Status, there is no actual way to change a Contact's status. We also seem to have no Inactive Contacts, due to Contacts that were Inactive before being switched to Active when converting to UB2.
