The void column is useless on the reprint payments screen. We use the clipboard icon to actually void a payment. If you don't want to remove the useless column, at least let me hide it.
Would like to be able to see in the Contacts list if a Contact has/is associated with an Active Account. (the list currently shows Contacts as "Active" but it only means they are an Active Contact, not an Active Account.)

It would be helpful to have a Documents tab for VisDocs users added to Contacts and/or Bill Profile. We have several documents (Power of Attorney, Drivers License, etc.) that would follow the account holder not the property.
There is a button to activate "Budget Pay" in the utility module. However, it requires a manual calculation of what that pay amount should be. The idea would be to have the program calculate a budget pay amount based on prior 12 months of billings.
